Torque measurement inspection– portable in any dimension

Following the users requirements in automotive and supplier industry a new handy inspection instrument for bolted joint assembly is available now.

It combines trend-setting technologies to increase quality and reduce cost.

The expandable system family provides features on choice for individual application requests.

The INSPECT+ is protected in its rugged cage for challenges in industrial environment. It incorporates technologies on the latest state of the art for safe sampling torque measurements at ease of use.

Ergonomic handling leads the user to "Switch on and measure". This most important user request was the leading topic for the brand new INSPECT+ and has been accomplished perfectly as visible. Recognizing automatically the measurement device after plugging in, the system identifies it exactly by means of its integrated device administration. And it checks that the recalibration period of the device is not yet expired.

The portable inspection measurement system supports the analyze of sporadic errors. By means of a patented procedure it records only measurement processes out of defined tolerance ranges.

The records are shown with selectable variety of values and by graphs on the big illuminated display or also may be transferred to a PC for further evaluation.

As universal measurement and controller unit it is equipped with free programmable inputs and outputs. These are applied to receive various signals and to synchronize the measurement process. The outputs are connectable to a programmable logic controller (PLC) to release defined processes depending on "ok" or "not ok" inspection results.

24 hours continuous operation and availability is supported by exchangeable Li/Ion battery.

Data exchange with PC is provided wireless via state of the art Bluetooth or also by means of conventional serial cable connection.

This powerful technological giant appears rather as a handy midget. Concerning weight and layout the unit is designed to portable utility.

Regularly inspections of torque or torque / angle at handheld tools and nut runners as well as at stationary fastening spindles are practicable with high accuracy. This reliability and the easy usability of the high capacity measurement electronics also apply for stationary test control units as e.g. to check wrenches and nut runners in tool maintenance.
