SCHATZ(R)-ANALYSE mobile

This is a mobile ANALYSE bench for analyse of bolted fastenings, model nr. 5413-2777.

Its rigid aluminium frame contains the measurement and control unit, an EC nut runner with max. 15 N·m at 770 rpm, the servo power pack, the industrial PC and a TFT monitor.

The nut runner is controlled by the software ANALYSE-testXpert®. This is a dedicated fastening controlling and evaluation software supporting the fastening process itself and its process analyse. By means of this mobile analyse system fastening processes in the assembly line can be carried out focussing upon analyse of small metric threads or plastic on steel joints with torques of max. 15 N·m.

The fastening process can be programmed individually. Data input is quite comfortable and at ease of use. Various process sequences and evaluations may be tested as e.g.:

  • thread forming torque of tapping fasteners or metal sheet screws
  • optimum drill core diameter for self-thread fasteners
  • their optimum drill depth
  • overload torque for forming and for metal sheet fasteners
  • start of strain of components
  • yield stress of bolted joints
  • fracture torque of bolted joints

The flexible evaluation tools of the software ANALYSE-testXpert® provide automatically a manifold of measurement values of the fastening process.

The system can be expanded by further measurement channels on choice, e.g. clamping force and thread-/ head friction. By means of suitable sensors the friction coefficients µ-total, µ-head and µ-thread are analysed automatically and supply safe information about the fastening and its quality in production line terms.
